My name is Joe French, and I am running for West Bletchley.

I am very proud of Bletchley, not only for its unique codebreaking heritage but also for its vibrant ethnic diversity. If elected, as well as promoting the welfare of our citizens, I would work to improve local public transport and to turn our Redway network into the attractive resource it should be for pedestrians, cyclists and people with mobility difficulties.

I am a self-employed project management trainer, with 17 years’ experience helping organisations in the public, private, health, education and charity sectors implement beneficial changes. Outside of professional work, I am a musician, and help run a folk dancing group for children and young people. I am passionate about the arts and creativity and believe a lot more could be provided locally to promote the arts and live performances. I am also a member of the Musicians Union.

Mounting concern about the climate crisis and recent Green Party successes in local elections tell us that the Greens are a political party whose time has come, as the only party with an authentic understanding of the environmental issues we now face, and the bold, imaginative solutions that will be needed to build a truly sustainable future for all of us.

Thanks for reading this, and please VOTE GREEN to make a real difference.
